I help alternative investment managers build the brand, materials and marketing infrastructure that institutional investors expect to see. Over 28 years, I have worked for and with firms including BlueBay Asset Management, Pemberton Capital Advisors, Pioneer Alternative Investments, and Zenzic Capital, across investor relations, marketing and client service. As a Fractional CMO, I now bring that experience to hedge fund, private debt and real estate managers, and I work with a trusted network of specialists in design, web development and PR where projects require it.
I am a Chartered Marketer and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CFCIM). In addition, I hold the Investment Management Certificate (IMC) and a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing. I graduated from the University of Surrey with a BA (Hons) in Marketing, French and Spanish. I founded Carcie Consulting in 2014.

2020-2023: Atrato Group Limited, Head of Investor Relations, responsible for the Investor Relations and Marketing function for the firm, managing a team of four. Responsible for their flagship listed vehicle, Supermarket Income REIT plc, a FTSE 250 real estate investment trust and Atrato Onsite Energy plc, the largest funder of commercial onsite energy in the UK.
2009-2014: BlueBay Asset Management LLP, Head of Investor Relations, responsible for all clients globally invested in their range of hedge funds and private debt funds, coordinating investor and operational due diligence and was the main point of contact for all alternative clients.
2007-2008: IGS AIS LLP, Senior Director, Distribution focused on raising assets for hedge funds, funds of hedge funds and real estate funds to institutional investors across Europe.
